No question about it.

It's what keeps me away from Taurus, EAA, and Kimber. I'm sure there are many examples of exemplary service from these companies, but I've just read too many bad examples.

Ruger, S&W, CZ, Crimson Trace have been absolutely OUTSTANDING and I wouldn't think twice about doing business with them again.

I have to spend enough time dealing with lousy service from cable companies, cell phone companies, utility companies and insurance companies. I don't need any more in my life.
 
I voted no ... I've had probably two dozen or so guns pass through my hands in the past 10 years. Only one needed help (Yes, it was a Taurus) and I paid a 'smith to do the repair work rather than send it back to the factory ... it was worth the money, the gun runs like a top ... just lucky, I guess, every gun I've ever owned has been trouble-free ...
