Sometimes "He Needed Killing" is adequate and justifiable reasoning for killing someone. I am not in favor of executions for punishment/revenge but there are some people that do not deserve to share the oxygen in the air with the rest of us. Until they come up with Superman's Phantom Zone device then the alternative is getting rid of them.

The death penalty, like involuntary manslaughter, ought to be on the table.

If LWOP is used as alternative to the death penalty, then the person who commited the crime should be removed from group interaction forever.

Words like 'revenge', vengance', get bandied about occasionally. Personally, I favor 'retribution'.

Living is tougher for most humans I 'spect. For those who aren't human, the death penalty should be an option.
