Parking Lot Storage Law

***This Law was just passed and does not become effective until September 1, 2011***

Labor Code Subchapter GA
52.061. Restriction on Prohibiting Employee Access to or Storage of Firearm or Ammunition.
A public or private employer may not prohibit an employee who holds a license to carry a
concealed handgun under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, who otherwise lawfully possesses a firearm, or who lawfully possesses ammunition from transporting or storing a firearm or ammunition the employee is authorized by law to possess in a locked, privately owned motor vehicle in a parking lot, parking garage, or other parking area the employer provides for employees.

I don't lol no one knows..only my g/f that works there and a few range buddies that work there. They are vocal with me about it. And I with them like I am here with you guys!

THAT MANY people at work know you carry, and you think your secret is safe? Are you wearing rose-colored glasses?

I have dear friends I've known for 40+ years; I love them and trust them enough that they have keys to my house. But they have no need to know that I carry.

Facts? No. Sorry buddy. You clearly don't like reading. Facts are "grass is green" what he said is not a fact. Police are on it. Security is not. For $8 I would not be on it either. Sorry try again.

They're friends of mine in and out of work. We go to the range together. Again...you know nothing. What's your gripe? Head of security is an NRA member and shooter. Sadly our company is liberal.
