Carry Preferences

Until recently my primary carry gun has been a 4" Colt Python. After hearing that Colt was no longer servicing Pythons I have switched to my 4" S&W 686. When I don't carry this I carry either my 3" S&W 65, 4" S&W 10-8, 4" S&W 28-2, or my Beretta 92F.

I choose to carry because it is a Constitutional Right and we are living during turbulent times where anything can happen.

I rotate between a Springfield XDS 9mm (3.3" model) with the slightly extended 8+1 magazine and the Glock 23. I feel very confident about both of these firearms if ever I were need to defend myself or my family.

If I ever decided to trade the XDS - which I doubt I would - I might look at the Glock 26 (9mm).

If and when I add to my rotation - I'm seriously looking at the Springfield XD 45 Compact (4.0" barrel) or the Glock 30s.
 
99% of the time, it's either a Sig 239 or a S&W 3904. Once in a blue moon, my old stand by, S&W 4006. Just getting too heavy for me to carry. It now does HD duty.
