Can you use .22 LR in .22 Magnum?

I have also read somewhere where you can use a fired 22mag brass with rim cut off as a sleeve in the chamber to fire a 22rf. I think you can only use it as a single shot because a 22mag rifle won't cycle a 22rf.

Years ago I picked up a single six with only the .22mag cylinder. I shot hundreds of .22lr through it without a problem. Only thing negative that happened is it splits the cases. .22lr isn't reloadable anyways so it was never an issue.

Wha?
After all this, not a single person has answered "Go right ahead, I'll hold your beer?"
Youse guys are slipping.

There is a local dive with great burgers that has a big sign on the wall:

"Beer. Because no good stories start with 'Here, hold my salad.'"

I think of all the moronic firearm YouTubes every time I walk in the place.

LOL!
My grandson bought me a t-shirt that says "Here, hold my beer and watch this"!

He told my wife the second he saw that he thought of me :D :D :D

... and with that we'll close this one. The question was satisfactorily answered in the first couple of replies.
