already created a virtual safehaven for criminals
but they will give yet more information to the our 'friends'
in the federal government and will give them a nice
paper trail/record of many more legal firearms buyers.
I bought a beretta 12 guauge FPS autoloader at a gunshow
in Jackson,TN a month ago from an individual no paper
work no BATF involvement as youd like Bartholamew.
Ill probaly shoot that shotgun 6 times this year and other wiwise keep it in my safe along with a few other items
the feds would like to have known about.
To suggest government regulation/involement is a solution or will lead to one is a serious mistake in my opinoin in
fact thats how weve come to our wonderous current situation
where even those that supposedly support gunrights dont by
any means feel the second can be overregulated or many times
even infringed this includes I beleive Bush and a host of republican senators including the republican majority leader.
IF you think many criminals are getting their guns at gunshows like the one I went to do you also beleive gangs are getting their illegal drugs from hospital with lax security?Or maybe just maybe they regularly get their guns
form the same place they get their illegal drugs which are boviously federal and even state laws are going to have no affect on unless your wanting to further restrict or keep track of law abiding citizens.
For criminals to actually pay their debt to society is a graet idea now you just have the huge task of getting society or as me and Dennis like to call them our rulers to
make them pay it.For example some here may have heard the name Rober Glenn Coe all evidence shows that he raped and murdered a little boy.20 years later his lawyers being paid
by the state to defend him are trying to have old evidence retested.Whats this tell the next guy eyes some little girl in the wrong way HES GOT 20 YEARS to live.Robert Glenn Coe
became the first man fried in TN in almost 30 years.
Currently in trial a girl that crashed into a firefighter
and killed him while she was driving very drunk.
She was given six years in prison with no indication that
cant be reduced for good behavior whatever that means.So how
does the state feel about vehicular manslaughter negligent or not, ahhh not so bad your free to do it again in six years.I love your idea's but how do you plan on changing the
court system.

lawyers and likely many judges plan to make the death penalt
look like the greatest joke on society since proabition and with all this DNA crap at the last minute when theyve gotten
the man within a breath of the chair has brought them a long way.I also beleive this incarceration of possession for some 10 years when many violent offenders even muderers have gotten out in 5 is yet another joke our injustice system plays on the people.To me these days the old west looks wonderful if you murdered or raped you hung that week everyone knew it and everyone knew why.That made it impossible for the federal government and their contracters to make a cashcow out of building prisons and housing them in hotels at our exspense.
I recently asked a friend at a comic shop ' and what happens when they do put them away' 'they get stronger' he replied I then found out that his brother has just gotten
out after 3 years for breaking and entering.He was scrawny fella when he went in and could bench press 350 when he came out and never missed any of his favorite shows from cable while he was in.
Maybe criminals would be nicer if we added Tennis courts to the prisons.
