Who really needs smart guns??

HUH?????

The last stats I read on "civilian" vs. police shootings show that we pee-on "civilians" actually hit our target, that is the robber/rapist/thug/bad guy TEN TIMES for every one hit on target the police are able to produce.

We pee-on "civilians" also have fewer negligent discharges and fewer unintendended shootings than police officers.

So who really needs smart guns??
