best copper fouling remover

28% ammonia???

Is it possible I got that confused with the anhydrous stuff?

Why is my memory only 99% perfect?

Why do I think it used to be 100%?

Thanks, Jim, for mentioning the 28% stuff. Just looked at the old, almost empty bottle; it's marked "28%."

Bore-Tec for me. You can ( at your own risk) Use Windex, but get it out of your barrel right away. It will clean copper like a SOB, but left in the barrel will damage it.

I've been really happy with Mpro bore gel and the copper remover. They will get the copper out and not stink up the place.

If you use them on AR type rifles, do yourself a favor and use brake cleaner with the little straw and blast out the gas tube after using this stuff just to make sure its all gone. Shouldn't be an issue is some if accidentally left in but why risk it.
