Beretta or Taurus

How much is the beretta I've been looking and I don't want to be spending $800 for a 92fs blued with 2 15rd mags over $750

The Beretta 92FS should be no more than around $550. The railed M9A1 and 92A1 around $650, and the Inox which is a stainless slide and barrel is also about $650.

Before I got my present full size 9mm I went through the same agony trying to choose between Beretta and Taurus. I really kinda liked the idea of the frame mounted safety that is more natural and 1911 like. While I was dizzy trying to figure out which one I wanted I came across the TriStar T-120. That's my present full size 9mm. Love the gun. Love the CZ platform. Love the price point. Do yourself a favor if you haven't become dead set on a Beretta yet, check out the CZs and their clones. I still might get a Beretta or Taurus (in .40 S&W) but my TriStar isn't going anywhere!
Hav to agree here check out the cz75 i have one its a fine handgun. It is very accurate and will eat anything you feed it. Fits my hands at least like a glove. One of the best feeling pistols ive ever held.

If you are compatible with the dyslexic safety of the Beretta then it is a viable option worthy of consideration.

I don't really want to wait I'd rather buy it in store and walk out with it that day but I can see why everyone is telling me to go online and get it

It's perfectly fine if you want to pay up a little to be able to handle it prior to buying and walk out with it that same day. What kind of prices are you seeing locally? You should be able to find a 92FS for $600 or less before tax at any decent local shop.

I currently have a Beretta 92fs, but I've own two Taurus PT99s in the past. Both guns are great, but I do like the Taurus's frame mounted safety better.

If buying new today, I'd probably opt for the Beretta mainly because of all the custom aftermarket upgrades you can get for it. Not all of these parts work with the Taurus. If I had to get the Taurus, I'd opt for the PT92 vs the PT99. The adjustable target sights, although they had pretty good sight picture, are just too fragile for my tastes.
