Okay, I did a search for this and all I was able to find was the term "Barbecue Gun" in a few threads so here goes nothing!
I want to see some pictures of Barbecue Guns. Revolvers, Semi-Auto's I don't care which. I just want to see them. I'm looking to build me a 1911 Barbecue Gun and will post some pictures when I get it done but in the meantime show me yours!!

Currently this is my BBQ gun. RIA 1911A1 with a set of Esmeralda's grips. I have a Springer at the smith right now being refinished and I will be dressing it all up when it comes back.

no doubt if you did a search, you've seen my couple of antique revolvers... I've added a couple more ( all antiques ) I'd love to have a fancy semi, but don't shoot those enough to justify the added expense... most of mine are metal though... but I just did add my 2nd plastic auto gun...

my antique factory engraved Hopkins & Allen Safety police in 32 S&W

& with an old Heiser holster that fits it well... they make a nice rig together, though not very conceilable if needed

this is an old S&W top break, in 32 S&W that had the barrel shortened & renickeled long enough ago that the condition of the barrel matches that of the frame of the gun ( I'm guessing between 75 & 100 years ago )that I picked up a while ago, & a fancier Ostrich leg leather overlay holster I made with a cylinder window, that is built to hold the revolver in without a strap...

I originally added these red grips...

but when I started actually carrying this, I changed to a set of 60's -70's wood laminate grips that I added a set of S&W silver medallions to... ( sorry no pics of the gun with the new grips yet... but here it is in the holster I made...

....& yes, I actually wear this one to Bar-B-Ques ;)

@ P97...where did you get that or who done the work for you? and if you done it your self great job. that is one beautiful Ruger you got......WOW!

Here's a four-inch Python that went to hell and back. It shoots well and looks good, but the [descriptive terms omitted] who said it could be nitre-blued has earned a special place in hell.
