BCM wouldn't have the reputation it has if they weren't accurate. You don't get that kind of good graces from an enthusiast community without filling all the niches.

Here's a member of the Hide's Colt (factory chrome lined) and it shoots very good. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Any other bcm upper reports here? I just want to make sure I know what im getting before I buy it. Ill likely be shooting m855 and hunting ammo. I just want to make sure I wont regret any purchase I make

I believe 100yds. No less than 100yds for sure. The targets say 100-300 and according to his pictures he's LEO so i'm guessing he shot that at his local range? I'm not sure. It should be in his post. It also says rapid fire on the target which could be the reason for his fliers.

Regardless of which MFG you buy from i don't think getting it to shoot will be a problem.
