We all wish they would have more in stock. If the have the tags on the shelf lets not fault them for not being able to keep actual supplies of ammunition on the shelves. Hardly anyone can these days and I understand local shops are picking them clean pretty regularly. I don't blame or even find fault with the local shops, just saying I have heard that is happening. Not too much walmart can do about it.
May not make anyone feel any better, but my understanding is wal-mart has ammo in their warehouses but has been told it will be weeks/months until it is replenished so they are rationing it to stores in the mean time. I have heard that from a local gun shop owner and also independently from an employee at wal-mart. Think what prices would be like if they were not doing that.
