I'd say the most likely reason there is no factory load in that range is because the majority of people who want just a little bit more than the Special can give simply download the magnum.
I've got a box of 180 gr. XTPs that I have no memory of buying. I'm guessing I got them to load in my large frame 44 SPECs. There's all kind of Keith etc. heavy cast load data, but nothing for a speedy 180gr. JHP loads. Any suggestions?
