3" S&W's

I got a 3" 65 last week and love it- my only complaint with it is the front site is a little hard to pick up. has anyone milled off the sight and replaced it with anything else? if so, i would love to hear about it!....thanks, Jordan

I use Chevy orange engine paint. Very bright orange, oil wont affect it, and it can be bought at any parts store.
I have it on my model 65 3" also. :)
 
I have a pair of 629's in three inch. They were called Backpackers and were only made for about one year I believe. Nice shooting gun and not bad to carry in a proper holster and belt.
I have this idea to get a shoulder holster made up for both but would probally not use such a rig much.
One's still unfired LNIB so it'll have to be deflowered like it's brother was before that happens. :)
They have made me desire some of their smaller frame cousins like you guys have posted about.
