Always load +1 except Glock 30 mags that are new, those springs are crazy tight. Download for a few dozen mags at the range and they work fine.
Never have had issues and I have Glock 19 mags that are almost 20 years old with original springs.
Remember if you rotate the mags to "save" the springs that the compression/decompression of loading/unloading is what puts wear on your springs unless they are over compressed, and a fully loaded Glock 19 is not.
