My faves so far.
Custom 1911 Colt 45 ACP (ramped and ported barrel, match grade revolver sights, match grade trigger, engraved with intricate scroll work, black walnut grips with inlays of ivory, turquoise, black onyx, and purple coral) My grampa did all of the work on it for me when I was a young'un. It eats anything and everything that will go into the mag. It is a tack driver at 25 yards. I carried it for a couple of years, then went to a compact.
Colt Python .357 mag. Have 2 one 4 inch one 10 inch. 4 in was the first larger bore I fired.
Colt Anaconda 44 mag 6 inch barrel. It does not go bang it goes Kaboooooom, and what ever it hits goes down. It has dropped a lot of hogs.
S&W 500 magnum I do not own one, (will someday) I used a friends to drop a hog at 100 yards, dropped it on the spot.
Ruger MKII .22lr very acurate, cheap to shoot, easy to care for. Great for a long day at the range without having to spend much on ammo.
S&W M&P 45 full sized 4.5 inch barrel. It is on my hip when I am not at work, it rest within 2 feet of me when I sleep. Shoots great, reliable, easy to maintain.
Bersa Thunder 45 UC my other cary gun heavy all metal, concealable size, DA/SA, suprisingly acurate, very reliable, never jammed ever countless 100 rond boxes of ammo through it. Ate hollow points with out choking, even when mixed with ball rounds.
S&W TCP 9mm DA/SA I bought it becuse I did not have a 9. 15 round sngle stack, very acurate, simple, has never had a problem. I bought it because it was less than 250 dollars and was surprised at its performance. (not pretty, but flawless in performance)
Ruger LCP Finaly fired on at the range it was a good little gun. Small enough it could almos be hidden i a cgarette pack. The little mighty mouse surprised me, in acuracy and feel.
H&K Mk 23 SOCOM I have a thing for 45 ACP and would love to own one. If I do I will go through the trouble of Tax Stamp, paper work, and time to get a supressor for it. Every one needs at least one cool factor gun.
