The ultimate revolver!!!

Favorite pistol from my personal collection is my CZ-75 in .40 S+W.

IMHO, the best pistol of the 20th century is P35 (High-Power) It was John Browning's favorite design, and who am I to argue with a legend

My 27-3 4", built in 1988. It's not pinned nor is it recessed, and the finish has a few beauty marks on it, but I just love the gun. It shoots more accurately for me than any other handgun, it handles extremely hot magnum loads, and it has a coolness factor that turns heads whenever I bring it to the range. If I only could have one gun this would be it.

Historically the all time favorite in this time period has got to be the S&W Model 10 38 Special. Over 6 million made, excellent accuracy, bulletproof reliability.

19th Century-either the Colt Paterson-1st revolver-or the Colt M1851 Navy-first really practical revolver.
20th Century-the M1911-first really effective military handgun
Colt Army Special or S&W Military & Police.

My favorite design for a semi-auto pistol is the Steyr GB. Too bad these things didn't have much of a market. I would have liked to have seen a smaller, more concealable version of this gun developed. IMHO, it's the perfect 9mm. Super-accurate because of its fixed barrel, large capacity, fit my hand perfectly, pretty smooth DA/SA action, simple decocker. Extremely reliable. Very few parts and very durable.

44 AMP, of course. The most beautiful pistol ever made, IMHO. The 357 AMP is a close second. The AMP is still the only true hunting pistol out there.
