You know you've lost it on guns when

You budget for non-gun-related purchases in multiples of whatever boxes of ammo that are next on your shopping list. ("Hmmm, those shoes are pretty pricey. I could buy 5 boxes of .357Mag 125gr JHPs for that, or 3 bricks of that European .22LR match ammo.")

An entire room in your house is dedicated exclusively to firearm and/or ammo storage. Double points for multiple rooms, or kicking one car out of the garage so you can use that space. Triple points if you enclosed that side of the garage and added climate control so your powder and primers will last longer. :)

You've ever walked out of a movie due to a gun-related mistake.

You've not only memorized S&Ws entire gawdawful overcomplicated model numbering system, but you have strong opinions about which engineering revision dash numbers are the best.

Do you smoke Cohiba?

Does any one else understand what that means????????

I HAVE to take my BHP with me when I travel. In fact, I bring my BHP and my Bersa so I can pocket carry.

You know you've lost it on guns when...

you come home from college for Christmas, your parents buy you a new rifle, you carry it around in your truck (unloaded because thats the law in GA) every day, show pictures of it to every friend you meet, and feel heartbroken when you have to leave it behind when you go back to school.

I knew I lost it when I started thinking in gun-terms --ie. son's new guitar = BHP :D, new TV or Python, new brakes or S&W mod 17 :D
