I thought it was for weapon retention, to keep people from trying to grab the muzzle of your pistol, but what do I know?


Hey, they have a video now! Did that have that originally? I like the testing in the desert...where it is safe to test. Testing involved shooting pistols with the bayonet attached, not actually cutting or stabbing anything.
