Yippee, I'm going to be back in the reloading game.

JayCee, I like the idea of using the box as a wind guard for the scale. I don't think I'll be doing any true reloading at the range. I will, however be doing reload "adjustment" at the range. For example, when trying to find out how far off the lands to load a particular bullet it will be a simple matter for me to load up a whole batch to the longest length possible (i.e. touching or almost touching the lands) and then use my hand-held press to shorten the previously loaded cartridges in a ladder test.
 
Put all reloading gear in boxes, hidden in a closet.
Mount the press on a board and clamp the board to benches or tables with a C clamp.

Practice putting everything away, and then setting up and reloading in different parts of the house.

Make it a fire drill. When the siren goes off, get out the boxes and start reloading.
