XS sights-- any one have 'em

I want to put a set on my Glock 23, they seem like a great idea. I've worked with double rifles over the years and the express sights are great when you need to get on target quickly.
Plus, I've noticed that my eyes have a hard time picking up the front sight these days (pushing 40) and the Big Dot should help with that.
Are they tough to install?

As with any sights with tritium inserts, you must be careful you don't crush the vials. Have a gunsmith do it if you don't have the proper sight pushers.
