WOW..what a pistol

About 30 years ago

30 years ago I had a chance to buy a beautiful Borschart in the original presentation case with 2 mags for $6500. I was drooling, but had no such bankroll. Now I kick myself for not getting a loan!
 
Ugly, Yes.

A true collector would overpay for something as rare as that baby.
Not to my taste, but it's arguably, cooler than a C-96 Mauser.

i would rather Buy a russian TP-82 pistol! After All It has been to Space and the Moon!!

Oh and it can shoot a rifle bullet, shotgun shells and even has a Machette!! Talk about UTILITY & Collector's item!!

Meh... I'd take the weird forearm strapped AR-15 and the leftover cash.

For all that money a guy could get a nice SBR and afford the "taxes".
 
Some of you might want to check out the Rock Island Gun Auction which starts this afternoon and continues for the next four days. The firearm listed by the OP is in this auction. I think the starting bid is significantly less. :)
