Looked to me like a panic run in the right or wrong direction rather than an intentional charge on the shooter, but has the same effect on the hunter either way. 
That's a neat video, and sure captures the "oh crap!" moment well!
I missed a coyote years ago, and he covered 150 yards in seconds directly towards me, and ran right past me less than 25 ft away, I believe, without ever seeing me. weren't any Walmarts around back then.
