Would you use this holster to conceal carry?

Definitely a no. If you could mold a u shaped piece of leather to wrap around from the front of the trigger guard to the back, then that would make that a very nice holster.

I would, but I don't carry in condition one (loaded chamber). If I were so inclined to carry with a loaded chamber, I don't think this would be a set-up I'd choose.
 
I have a CW9 and several other handguns that I carry from time to time that have various trigger actions. I personally want the trigger completely covered by my holster regardless of the action or safety on/off condition. Guns are dangerous enough as it is. Keep that trigger buried.
 
Don't know about the holster, but that gun seems to be lacking some parts. Pull that on sombody and you'll get hurt!:D
 
i have yet to and won't use this holster for carry. The picture is taken directly from the Desanti's website, not sure what gun is actually pictured.
 
I not only would use it... I have worn one very similar while working undercover. It actually works pretty good... Although I probably wouldnt use it for a condition one carry.
