I might if it is a good value, and depending on the model. But I do sell a good number of high mileage guns.
There are a lot of competitive shooters who go through 1 to over a dozen guns a year. Last years guns are often sold to students, friends, gunshows, etc. For some people, having the chance to buy a $1K to $4K firearm, that is in good shape and set up with all the best parts can be a good deal. Especially if they are not going to put a high round count on it themselves.
When I stopped shooting .40 Glocks in competition, I sold off my G35s as well as my 9mm/40 Timberwolf that was all aftermarket parts. The guys who bought them knew the round counts (30K to 75K) but they were also saving a ton of money on upgrades. They are shooting them happily, and having no regrets.
I sold both of my SLPs, one with 3.5K rounds on it and one with close to 8K rounds on it. I consider them to be 10 to 12K shotguns, but in the 2 years since I sold them, neither has had over a case through them.
I had a Kreiger barreled AR, fell off from 0.2MOA to about 0.8MOA after 9K rounds. I put a Mil-spec CH and carrier in it and sold it off for about 80% of what I had in it, I don't think the new owner has more than a few magazines through it in 5+ years, and he loves it.
In most cases, it is cheaper for me to sell than rebuild, and I have plenty of people asking me to buy my old guns on a regular basis. They only one that ever complained was a gun I bought used, then sold off within a few months with only a few rounds through it because I had changed platforms and no longer needed a backup.
