That should be a 19-5 and it's absolutely correct. The Pachmayr grips were standard on this version. There is also an identical batch in the same configuration that were made for the State Departments Diplomatic Security Service.

Here's a picture of a Diplomatic Security Service 19-5 19-5 that I owned.

I'm starting to like the matte version better now. It has an "all business" look to it. Even those grips look just right on them.

Your gun looks identical to a gun a friend of mine bought new years ago, and his was a Connecticut gun. Yours looks very good, congrats. My 19 was pretty rough, and my 66 wasn't much better, finish wise.
