E eastbank New member May 9, 2021 #42 i, don,t think shooting .22 shorts will bell the chamber, it may lead the crap out of the chamber. have a gunsmith give it a good cleaning, maybe even running a .22 chambering reamer in it.

H Hammerhead New member May 9, 2021 #43 Forgot my 22lr CZ 452 Scout. Superb accuracy for very nice price. (Payed more for the scope) It will accept mags, but starts as a single shot. I would really like to add a Henry steel single in .44 Rem Mag. I have .44 components with no home.
