Who do you think makes the best leather holsters?

I have very few holsters, but Milt Sparks is the best.

I do not have them all, but I have been very happy with my El Paso Saddlery holsters.

I like Milt Sparks. Also very pleased with Mitch Rosen. I do have holsters from other makers that are perfectly functional but those are the two that stand out to me.

Imho, Kramer Leather have proven to be quite concealable and durable. I have a pocket holster an IWB that they made at least 25 years old. They’re an unsung, quiet company.

There are many conscientious, dedicated, precision-minded holster makers. In my limited experience, you can't go wrong with Mernickle, Bianchi or Galco.
For SAA, I choose Mernickle, period.
For shoulder holsters, I like Galco.
For other-than-SAA, I like Bianchi OWB.
Just my humble opinions.
