Thank you. I was unaware that Kruschev said it first. However, the quote I heard WAS from Gorbachev(he is the one with the birthmark on his forhead, right?). He said it from his office in The Presdio(an old Army base in SF). He said, "the American people will one day raise the communist flag over America and will do so gladly". Time will tell.
I guess it comes down to this. As an individual, you either believe this country has taken a severe move to the left over the past fifty years, especially during the past eight years or you don't. And that move started (and will end) with the United Nations.
And I agree that it's our Congressmen and Senators that are a big part of this problem. But when they give away the store to the UN, our Congress isn't and won't be the only problem. How often are you aware of people in power (our congressmen) giving up power they used to hold without a fight? And then financing those that they gave that power to? Why is it happening in this instance?? Follow the power (directly through the UN) to where ever it goes.
