Which one-Colt AR (20"), Bushy (16")?

Hey VanFunk. Go with the Bushy Dissapator. A 16 inch barrel with a 20 inch sight. Check it out. They play a game with the gas port and keep the length of both the sight and front furniture.

Pretty clever and it is a good looking rifle to boot. Go with the flattop and you have real versatility.

I looked at the Dissipator, but just couldn't "warm" to it. It does seem to be the best of both worlds in many ways, but it just didn't do it for me. My 20" HBAR feels a little less neutral in my hands than the 16", but the extra weight out front helps my steadiness on target. Mine's just for use as a range gun, anyway. I might feel differently if I had to employ the rifle in a utility role. I don't know, I guess I like the little bit of "oomph" gained with the 20" over the 16", too. It's proven its effectiveness when engaging pumpkin hordes at extended ranges;) .
