As for the Springfield I have no experience with the Mod.2 but I do have two XDm's in 9mm and .45acp, both the suppressor ready models. While accurate and reliable I hate the triggers on both. No feel to them and very mushy.
Yes, factory triggers are sub-optimal. But after a powder river kit...much better. Shorter and crisper. I rarely keep any trigger in factory flavor, but the xdm was upgraded VERY QUICKLY!
As others said, don't split hairs on the trigger, invest time in dedicated dry fire training to get a trigger finger that does not disturb the sight picture. 98% of all issues are solved by dedicated dry fire training.
Can't tell if sarcasm or serious. If serious, son there is a whole world of pistols out there with good triggers, as compared to Glock triggers. Your basic .22 is light years more superior.
To the topic, I'd be less worried about the trigger and more about the recoil benefits of the porting and the sights, and how each literally feels in the hand vs. the other.
