I have the G27.40s&w,-G19 .9mm & G30 .45acp , might get the G23 next...

I would probably get the G30/21. If I had a lot of 9mm already I might want to mix t up. You might also consider the G27/22 with a conversion barrel.

I know you didn't mention the G42 either but I find that my shield is too big for a pocket. A 42 may fit that bill.
