Wheelgun Survey

I am rather fond of my Tauri. We have three in our household. I have a M605, and a blue M85, and my wife carries an M85UL.

I used to have a Ruger Blackhawk .357 that was excellent. God, I hated to leave that gun with my ex-wife!!

1. Ruger - new
2. S&W - used

Man, so soon you forget...
What a bunch of hypocrits. "S&W, pre-sell out" and then "Ruger". How about Ruger, pre Brady bill? What Ruger did was 10 times worse than what S&W did for crying out loud!

I disagree. Ruger did push for a limit on magazines. Although I disagree with them for doing it, it is not nearly as bad as what S&W did. Since that error, Ruger has more than made up for that bad decision. S&W hasn't! Hypocrits? I don't think so.

The old, long action S&W M&P. Glassy smooth action and not so outdated as some folks think, given proper ammo.

The S&W Mountain Gun in .45 Colt. Strong, powerful but controlable.

Colt Three-Fifty-Seven (pre-trooper.) Slick, accurate, large enough to handle real magnum loads but not nearly so bulky as the N-Frame Smiths and Ruger GP-100.

1) (2) 4" ss .357 GP100's

2) 7.5" ss .357 Redhawk

3) 5.5" ss 41 Magnum, 44 Magnum, 45 Colt Redhawks

4) 1" ss NAA

5) wife's S&W M38 (I'd carry this one, too, if she let me)

These are the choices I've made. Your choices may vary.

I want the best.
