It will probably be a long way off, but I'm inclined to get a Bren Ten.

Sigh. Its like the Holy Grail. If someone reputable (CZ, Colt, Kimber, even S&W??) gets the rights and releases the same version (and produces lots of extra mags) I'll sell whatever I can to get one.
*And scratch my above choices. I've lately been going to Colt's web sight and I'm fixated on Colt's 1991 and the re-released 1911 GI model. Not even the fanciest schmanciest 1911's is as appealing as "Old Slab Sides". And I'd keep it stock and only shoot hardball as it was designed.
Maybe watching all those episodes of Band of Brothers did it to me.
....Woody Guthries' guitar had "This Machine Kills Fascists" scratched on its body. I think the 1911's done its share also.
