What's your favorite "fun" gun/caliber?

I shoot my 9mm's the most (M&P and XD), but my Smith 642 (38 special) is fun to shoot around the range too!

I'm now finding myself looking for another "FUN" gun. So let's hear it guys, what's your favorite range gun or caliber?

I'm enjoying my Dad's Savage 64. When he reclaims it next spring, I'll probably buy a Ruger 10/22 and one of those 30-round mags. I love 22LR.

I can't afford to love .357 mag or 9mm.

My Czech CZ52 (7.62x25) Super loud BOOOM!!, hardly any recoil. Flat shooting for taking out clay birds on the bank at 100 yds. Fun.

It doesn't get much more fun (more funner?) than a Model 63 S&W or K-22 and a brick of ammo.

In centerfire, my favorite is 45 Colt because it is just so much fun to hear that big bullet impact on a 16 inch harrow disc at 100 yards. It is such an easy round to reload, too. A 9-ish grain Unique behind a 255 grain swc load is good for plinking, defense, or deer hunting--just a pleasure to shoot. I took my Vaquero out today and shot about two-dozen rounds just before dark.

Yet another vote for .45 Colt...just bought a 4" S&W M-25 and is this thing a hoot. Put 50 of my reloads through it Friday, and can't wait to do it again.

I've been carrying it since I bought it--it's a boat anchor for my skinny old arse, but I love it too much to take it off :)

Fun to shoot

First, my Springfield XD40 and second, my S&W M&P 9MM. I also enjoy killing milk jugs with my tactical 12 gauge shotgun. Come to think of it I enjoy shooting all weapons.

357 Mag for Target and 22LR for Target/Plinking. Attached is a photo of one of the my guns I shoot a lot:D

Marlin model 60 and a few hundred rounds of cci. Shoot the nails out of a 2x4 in a field in the middle of nowhere. What a perfect saturday.

.22 rimfire is tops; shoot all weekend for pocket change.

Second place is .38 Special in a handgun and .223 in a rifle.
