The only thing that the current P-35's need is to remove the magazine disconnector (which usually improves the trigger pull).
Older P-35's will need an aftermarket thumb safety, higher visibility sights, and (if it's a really old one) remove the hump in the feedramp. As with the newer ones, discard the magazine disconnector.
Both old and new P-35's can bit the hand that feeds them. A beavertail can be built up on the frame by welding, but this is expensive. It is cheaper just to modify the hammer slightly, as does Novak and Kurt Wickmann as their "no-bite hammer mod".
