What's the heaviest snub revolver you CCW?.....

Yes, in most circles, a 3 inch classifies as a snub. The heaviest I have ever carried is my S&W M60 Pro Series, 3 inch barrel, all steel.

I carry this OWB in an El Paso Saddlery #88

S&W Model 66-2 .357 Magnum

When that's too big or inconvenient, I go with my M36 in a Tagua pocket holster (sorry, no pic of the J-Frame). Before I had the M36, I carried this in a Galco pocket holster

Colt Cobra .38 Special

A 2.5" .357 Dan Wesson here. But I found that the 4" barrel conceals almost as well, and gives my aging eyes a more useful sight radius. So the snub barrel just gathers dust now.

This is my daily ( custom 6 shot 45 Colt Ruger Montado with snubbie barrel, birdshead grips, & buffalo horn grips ) ... in a custom OWB leather holster

Rugers

I do not carry Inside my waist band.

For pocket carry, I have a Ruger LCR, .38 special. weighing 12.5 oz. and I have an LCR .357 magnum weighing 17 oz. Either one carried in a pocket holster. I sometimes carry either one in a OSWB High-ride pancake holster.

My other regular OSWB carries are a .357 magnum Ruger SP101 at 26 oz. or a Ruger 3", GP 100, at ,36 oz. Either is carried in an open top high ride pancake holster under a jacket or untucked shirt.

I dont always carry a snub, but when I do, I prefer my S&W Airweight. I do occasionally carry a heavier gun and that is my Ruger SP. I prefer to carry my snubs OWB using a Galco Fletch holster.

The biggest is a ruger Alaskan in 44 mag. Carried in the inside pocket of a jacket. I like a gp100 or sp101 both in 3 inch in a front pocket as well.

On a rare occasion the only wheel gun I carry is my Colt Detective Special in an old Desantis high ride holster.
