What would you do with this gun?

frame

I have one(encore) with a 20'' 12 ga 3.5" shotgun barrel and thumbhole stock.
Makes a nice turkey gun.

TC

Have one in 44 mag, and 30-30 used for deer hunting in Indiana where you cannot use rifles. shot many deer with them

I'd use it to shoot hogs. Sheeeeit, thats a 30-06. It wouldn't just stop somethin, it'd put it down. I dunno about it havin that short of barrel though seems like it would infringe the glory that is a 30-06.

If I had one, I'd use it to trade for something else. Since I don't hunt with pistols, I'd really have no use for it.

Its easy enough to convert it to a rifle or a shotgun if that suits your fancy..mine spends most of the year as a rifle, and I only use it as a pistol during deer season.

Rattletrap1970 has it right,,,

TC Barrels aren't that expensive,,,

Since you already own the gun,,,
consider more barrels for it in calibers you are interested in.

That's the beauty of a TC pistol,,,
It's a .22 lr or a 30-06 or anything in between you want it to be.

So if you want a .44 Magnum just buy the barrel,,,
when you get tired of that, swap/sell it,,,
Then get a .223 barrel and snipe,,,
Then a .45-70 barrel.

It's a very versatile and fun gun,,,
Expands your hobby.

You could carry it. If you didn't kill or scare the bad guy with the one shot then you still have a decent pipe to beat them to death.

Seriously, I have an old TC with a 357 Mag and .22 barrel. You can have a relaxing afternoon shooting half a box of .22 while your pals with the autos will burn through a brick.

I'd be tickled to death to own it!

The components are everywhere, the loading data plentiful, it's a quality product, and not everyone owns one.

Yes, there are other barrels. But I think just having one like it and a set of loading dies would keep you in the "fun of experimentation" phase for quite some time!

I have two barrels for mine, one in a 7mm BR and one in 7.62 x 39. Like both of them as plinkers.
