CHEAP GUNS!! I have this thing for cheap guns. Why I don't know.

To each their own.

I'm glad you like them and I'm not going to poop on your parade.

Personally, I'd rather save a few more bucks and buy a good used Ruger, S&W or something like that.

All three for 314. The top two are Phoenix Arms HP25A and HP22A, The bottom one is a much hated Jimenez JA380. All ring of fire Saturday Night Specials. I will tell you this The Jimenez JA9 is a much better looking 9mm than the Hi Point, breaks down easier and has a 12 round mag. It's next on the list. I don't care if they are Jamomatics, boat anchors etc. I LIKE em all. But something tells me them little Phoenix pistols are gonna impress me like my C9 does

I hope that was for all 3... And I agree, 3 cheap pistols on one 3310 form, the ATF will be come a knockin, lol...

If you luv em, that is all that matter, good luck with the new additions to the collection..

I know everytime I do a multi handgun form the minimum of a phone call will be coming asking why I bought multiple handguns...

They introduce themselves and say 'you visited Daves gun shop on November 15th" and I say "yah", "well you purchased multiple handguns that day" and I say "yah' and they say "do you have the guns in your possession" and I say "yah", and they say "what did you buy 2 for" and I say " I liked them" and they say "can we come by and have a talk with you "and I say "yah", they come by and then we have the same conversation as the one above, lol.. Then they leave and thats it...

They have a job to do, and following up on 3310.4 forms is one of them things..

I've only filled out a multiple guns form once and never got a call or visit about it... luckily those were two guns I never got bored with and still have in my possession. :D

The last gun show I went to, I think the darn brownies at the concession stand cost that much! Well . . . maybe it was a hotdog, a bottle of water and a brownie . . . :D

Hey . . . if that's what you like . . more power to you. Years ago, I can remember "Saturday Night Specials" - old H & Rs, Bull Dogs, etc. were a dime a dozen. I had a dozen or so that I ended up giving a guy to part out as they were taking up space and I had absolutely no interest in them. Now, they've become "collectors items". At some point these inexpensive semis like the Phoenix, etc. will become collectors items as well. Not everyone can collect Smiths, Colts etc. and actually, ones like these do offer an opportunity to put together a nice little collection of brands no longer made at a pretty reasonable price. Congrats on your find.

You'd definitely be getting a visit from the ATF if you lived in Austin.

I'm in San Antonio and have had multiple handguns on the same form several times, but never gotten a phone call. They weren't Saturday Night Specials or 4x Glock 19s, though, which is probably a bit more suspicious than the stuff I pick up...

(Knock on wood.)

1. I have had many multiple purchase forms filed on me and never heard anything about any of them, so I suspect the above "conversation" is imaginary. Maybe it could happen, but I doubt it has, unless BATFE has reason to think you are peddling guns to the bad guys.

2. Those cheap guns are actually quite well designed and if they were made from quality material by good workers, they would be as good as most and better than some "name" guns. Of course, then they wouldn't be $100 each.

1970 what $328 would buy

I was overseas in 1970. I wrote my dad to buy me a good 9mm and send it to
me. Dad went to local gunshop where we did a lot of dealing to shop for a 9mm.
They laid out Colt Commander, S&W m-39, and Browning HP. After much BS
dad asked the owner which one I would buy if I was there. Owner said, all 3, to
which dad said your right, I got his check book, wrap em up. $328 out the door.
This has become a ledgend in our family.
