what state has the worst gun laws

Does DC count??
BTW, did you know there's no right to telecom privacy or voting in DC?
Why would anyone live there??

Stategunlaws reports Hawaii with an A! It's not often that we get a good grade in anything.

Hawaii does have it tough as a state
- 14 day waiting period for all handguns
- registration
- 10 round mag limit
- no CCW
- must keep weapons in the trunk
- can only travel with weapons to the range or place of residence

but at least we can have "assault rifles".

I see the PDF created by the nannycrats at the Brady Bunch org shows their true mentality. They describe the states in terms such as "time-out chair" and "safety star." In other words, like children. Of course, THEY are the parents who know better. Funny how they always place themselves into that position rather than accepting that the rest of us are adults too and have a right to make our own decisions.

Judging by the evidence, I'd say that if they are the parents, they must be NAMBLA parents.

At any rate, if I were a criminal, I'd regard their "safety stars" as workplace safety ratings.

We got a D-. With a little extra effort, we can get that to an "F" next year. Go Texas!
Woo Hoo! Way to go, Tx! It warms my heart to hear that they are doing so well back home!
And how 'bout Ga -- We got a good solid D, not bad, but room for improvement! Actually, the only "bad" stuff that the BradyGrabbers had to say about us was about the juvenile restrictions, and I'm not all that worked up about that. Otherwise, we got F's across the board! Way to go Ga!!! Now, if we could only get reciprocity with SC...
