What safe to keep my XD(m)9mm in for SD/HD?

Does that Sentinel have a keypad? It'll be awkward trying to find a key when you need it. Plus someone can just fumble through your keys and open it.

Negative, just a simple key and thats fine, the gun is staying in the safe at all times, im not dealing with having a firearm close by for night intrusion, just to much to handle for me right now
 
I keep my hd gun in a biometric safe under the bed. It is secured to the bed frame and headboard with a thin steel cable. Not enough to prevent a skilled thief, but a good compromise between convenience and security.

The biometric feature imo is an unnecessary frill. But a fingerpad is a good idea for speedy access.
