What revolver do you want next?

I don't know if it comes under the heading of wheelgun or small artillery but I would love to find one of the original Dan Wesson .357 Maximum revolvers.
Take Care

Already got that one (625-5 Classic in .45 Colt).

Now looking for a Model of 1950 .45 HE or the Model of 1950 Target Model .45.

Failing that I am sort of curious about the Dan Wesson .460 Rowland.

I would like something from Freedom Arms. I don't think I want a .454 Casull, but the ones I have looked at seem to be the finest revolvers I ever laid eyes on! I'd be saving my coins for one right now if there was one offered in .41 Magnum.

River Rider, If memory serves me correctly Freedom Arms already makes a model in .41 Magnum. I want the .475 Linebaugh version.

Webley-Fosbery semiauto revolver. Of course I can't afford it, but it's nice to dream, isn't it?

More realistically, a used M317 22 3" barrel w/adjustable sights. I love DA 22 revolvers.

Well, that's a new one...

Huh? They've already chambered a revolver for it?

How far down the power scale would that be from the .454 Casull?

Next revolver is going to be a Ruger Vaquero .45 Convertible, blued/Case-colored, 5 1/2 inch barrel.

A Colt Cobra with 4" barrel or a Viper ( same thing but shrouded ejector without full underlug. Or maybe one of the last run of civilian 38 S&W Webleys. But then I'd probably go for anything nobody else has.

Zander,

Looked at one at the last NRA Convention. Dan Wesson with the interchangeable barrels, chambered in .460 Rowland. Would also fire .45 ACP and .45 Super (obviously). Interesting gun. The one I looked at was blue, but the cylinder was a different color (blue, but not a match to the frame). Rep from the company said it was caused by the heat treat necessary on the cylinder. They show them on their website if you're interested. My problem is I can't find a dealer in Indiana that carries Dan Wesson.

Thanks for the info...

There's a really big gun show in my area at the end of the month; I'll query the guys I know that handle the new DW products. Actually, this sounds like a really great round from a wheelgun.

Must confess, though, that I haven't seen a single 1911 conversion for this caliber, although I'd sure like to handle and shoot one...ought to be a lot of fun. :)

Next Revolver?

I'll go along with the 625-5 in 45 Long Colt.

I'd also like to get at least one other 66-5 .357 mag with the 3" barrel. I've got one that balances sooooo well and shoots like a house a fire. I'd just like to have another one or two as back-up.

that 357 max is a BEAST.. ruger made one too.. My dad is looking for one in addition to his dan wesson..

I'd like a snubby 357.. preferably a colt.. maybe I'll just buy another new service army and cut it down into a 'fitz" special.
