What percentage of your handguns come from an American owned company?

Just out of curiosity I sat down and figured out how many of my handguns come from American based/owned companies and how may are from foreign makers. I was wondering if anyone else knows the numbers from their own collection. Do not take into account where parts are made or guns assembled, just take into account who owns the company. For example...Colt, S&W, Springfield Armory, and others are American owned and Beretta, Glock, and others are foreign owned. Despite where they assemble their gun, import their guns from, or who holds their stock. This is what I came up with...

Revolvers
Total: 25
American manufacturers: 23 (92%)
Foreign manufacturers: 2 (8%)

Semi-autos
Total: 23
American manufacturers: 13 (57%)
Foreign manufacturers: 10 (43%)

All Handguns
Total: 48
American manufacturers: 36 (75%)
Foreign manufacturers: 12 (25%)

Smiths hold the number one spot in my revolver collection...followed closely by Colt and Ruger. I also have a couple Italian made Ubertis.

As far as semi-autos go, Colt fills the most spots followed by Glock. In third is Kahr, Walther, and Sig with a couple Springfield Armory and a couple H&K's and Berettas thrown into the mix.

The count right now.

Revolvers: 100%
Total American: 1
Total Foreign: 0

Semi-autos: 40% (It'd prolly be higher but HK's are my favorite)
Total American: 6
Total Foreign: 9

100%

6 Revolvers: All Ruger
5 Semiautos: All Ruger

Seems to be a pattern there :D.

I have owned handguns from:
NAA, Smith and Wesson, Taurus, Keltec......but they all went on to other homes.

My long guns are mostly a mix of Remingtons, Marlins, and Mossbergs with a couple of H&R's and Rugers tossed in for good measure.

I do own two CVA inline muzzleloaders that are made in Spain. Everything else in the safe is domestically owned and made.

Roughly 95% of my handguns are from American owned companies but only if you count the Bangor Punta SW days as American owned.

~60/40 Am/furrin.

Actually made in the United State doesn't change things much. The only one that changes columns is the "hecho en Croatia" XD.

I have no idea. I don't care. I buy the best product for the price available. I do not believe someone pulling a lever in the US should be paid more than someone pulling that same lever in another country.

I own one semi-auto from a foreign company that came out of a US factory and one revolver from a US company that came out of a foreign factory. Which is "American?"

US manufacturers, specifically Ruger, seems to know what I want out of a wheel gun.
Same thing for rifles.
A lot of good shotguns out there as far as I am concerned, but this may just reflect that I am less particular about shotguns.

I will put up some quick and mostly accurate numbers:
Excluding C+R guns I do not fire:
revolvers 100% US (only one)
semi-auto pistols 66% US

Bolt rifles 50% US
Semi-auto rifles 60% US

Shotguns are all American. A Saiga 12 would be nice.

Almost everything on my buy list is foreign though.

I only own semi-auto handguns at this time.

60% American made- Ruger, Colt, and Kahr

40% Foreign made- all glocks

I want to get a S+W revolver at some point.
