What is your "RED DAWN" rifle?

How many times are you going to fall for this?
When are you guys going to learn. These posts are obviously BATF setups. They get you all pumped up with "Red Dawn" and next thing you are doing is babbling away a new registered list of firearms to Mr. Federal Agent who is monitoring this website. DON'T BE FOOLED! Tell then nothing!
Of course I never listen to my own advice. I would use my full auto UHC MP5 in 6mm and my backup UHC USP also in 6mm. Both have the optional "Hop UP" system. The MP5 has about a 70 round capacity and the USP about 20 rounds. Nothing takes out cats or zombies better!

Here's MY 'Red Dawn' rifle.....
El Rojo, I think I have you beat on distance. Of course, while you're taking out the zombies up close, I can pick off the ones further away.

I am not sure that an air rifle will do the job on a sow zombie with cubs. Unless you have some silver pellets on hand, of course.

Oh! And, by the way, I also have a "Hop Up" system pistol that looks like the desert eagle. I will use that if they get too close.

No one who loves to shoot as much as Martin6 does could ever work for the BATF. He got me in trouble last time we went to the range for rapid-firing my Mini-14. He shoots quail like the Germans used to shoot at American bombers---just throw lots of #7 1/2 shot up in the air, and maybe the bird will fly through some of it.
Why don't you just use that Mosin-Nagant beast? Ammo is not cheap, but you can buy a ton of it for less than the price of an expensive rifle.

Currently have a H-bar AR and a Remington 700 in .30-06. I'm working on putting some more rounds through them and my handgun (Witness compact .40) to get my skills up to something worthwhile. Thinking about getting a FAL, maybe trade the AR. We have a mix of long-range canyon shooting here and a lot of tight timber. In a real TSHTF scenario the hacksaw will be hitting the 870 real quickly for that short range action.

I'll have to pick my accurized Mini Ranch and G22,the .223 is and will be an easy round to obtain. Wife gets her Browning Gold Hunter and SP101 #1 son the 30-06 and .357, and #2 the 77/22 in mag version and Bearcat. A good mix for offence, defence and sittin' on the fence gathering some wild meat. , ArtRed Dawn...What a DEPRESSING SCENARIO!!!...nonetheless, it pays to be prepared, sooo...Ruger Mini-14 Stainless Synthetic w/LOTS of hi-caps...the "Reach out an' touch 'em" gun is a Rem. M700 .308 w/Leupold 2.5-8x...first handgun I would grab would be my Springfield Armory 1911a1 [pre-"Loaded"], lightly customized by me...and all the spare mags I could carry!!! If time/space allowed, one of my S&W Model 686's would keep me company, as well....mikey357
