What is the price difference in 9mm vs .40s&w?

For the commercial reloads, they can't list the muzzle velocity, without a big disclaimer. Using mixed brass for the ammo means the velocity will vary, depending on which brand of case you are looking at, at the time.

Then has anyone Chrony'd these? Again - it would be nice to know.

What about their Non Reloads-virgin brass? Why don't they have MV on those?

I have never seen .40 cheaper than 9mm at Walmart if you compare brand to brand.

It may have been an overstock at my local Wal-Mart, because I've never seen it at any other Wal-Marts (in my brother's or parents' town, for instance). It seems to be ending, since I just went back after I posted this and it was marked about $2 higher like several people here posted, but for a while I was able to get 50-rd boxes of .40 FMJ (I think Federal Champion) a bit cheaper than the same ammo in 9.

Not around here, and 357SIG was actually easier to find than either 9mm or .40.

Walmarts here were selling 100 round value packs of 9mm at case lot prices.

I usually buy by the case, and 9mm has always been the cheapest.
