What is on your handgun 'to buy' list this month?

Walther PK380, wait that one is on order and awaiting its arrival, soon I hope.

I hope to finish off the year with another Sig but that would be in the rifle portion of the forum.:rolleyes:
 
More bullets, powder, and primers. Yes, I have 'plenty' now, but I'll have still more later.

I told someone today at the range that there's no such thing as having too much money, too many empty cases, or being too thin. :)
 
I have been reading a lot about HK USP CT 45, and it has pushed all items on my list down for now. I am really thinking between it an other items on my list.
 
Thinking about a couple, not sure which one is Number 1:

Sig P226 SCT 9mm
Microtech Archangel 9mm Pocket Pistol (When it comes out)
Magnum Research Micro Desert Eagle .380 ACP (If the Archangel does not turn out good)

Hard to nail down- I oscillate between these.
It' ll probably be whichever one meets my wallet first.

a.) Springfield EMP 9mm
b.) Springfield XD 45acp subcompact
c.) Springfield 1911 3" -3.5" 45acp
d.) S&W M&P 45 compact
 
Narrowed it down to two. But I really shouldn't be buying either.

Spotted a NIB Browning Hi Power Practical at a gunshow last weekend. Pretty sure the same dealer will be at the show in Columbus this weekend.

This one has some pretty tall adjustable factory sights on it. Love that two-tone look though. Classic. Probably wouldn't make the "greatest" CCW full-size piece, but I'm a sucker for those looks. Close as I can come to a barbecue gun.

Then I'd have to get a shoulder rig for it...

The other would be one of the new Charles Daly G4 full-sized M1911 pistols supposedly due to come out late November/December. Charles Daly moved production away from the Phillipines to Israel at the Bul factory. Apparently, the CD owner polled a forum of M1911 fans to find out what features they wanted.

First thing they said was, "No friggin' front slide serrations!" Every feature on the gun looks like a good choice.

Unfortunately for the G4 pistol, that Hi Power is just two days away from me.
 
I am thinking a Colt XSE LW Commander in 38 Super. Then buy reloading dies. Then fit a 9mm barrel, etc. Maybe put in on layawake for Christmas. I have one in .45 ACP and really like it. Had a Colt 1911 in 38 Super years ago and liked it, except for the whole ammo thing.
