what goes with fine shotguns...

"A crisp Fall day with trees changing color."

Excellent! The smell of fall is something that should be bottled and sold to retired Floridians!! Shooting clays against a red, yellow and brown backdrop is sinful! :D

what goes with fine shotguns?

A promising pheasant field, my trusty lab, and my son in tow!
And three fingers of Glenfiddich for after!

10P8TRIOT, not to burst your bubble; but, I suspect the OP (Slugo) considers fine shotguns and light holders to be mutually exclusive.

A couple of great friends around the campfire sharing a couple of fingers of their favorite tipple (for me it's Laphroaig), some great cigars and some great stories of the day's hunt and the good natured ribbing that goes with it. That's as good as it gets.

Slug...if you like BT, try Eagle Rare.
Automatic watches rock....I have a few from the sixties including an Omega Seamaster my wife gave me that has been back to the factory for a refurb.
550 movement looks like a work of art.
7 years of daily wear and perfect timekeeping.

thinkingman...

a man after my own heart. I also have been collecting fine watches for years. The vintage Omegas equipped with their own movements, not ETA, were superb timepieces. I have a vintage Seamaster dive watch that I covet. Great companions to fine shotguns... :)
