If you leave with out your gun ? do you go back or panic? I would go back.just for safety. a gun left out would be dangerous .if found by the wrong person.i never leave home without my c.c.

Happens to me all the time. When I figure out I'm unarmed I usually just fall into the fetal position and begin sobbing. Sooner or later, someone comes to rescue me so that I am protected while they take me home.

Sucks when it happens outside in the winter, my face gets cold

Fine myself by stopping in a gun store and buying a new one. I can't understand why I keep getting fined.

I use my cell phone and call the local police and see if they can send an officer to escort me around and protect me from the bad people.

If they can't,I run very quickly back in the house and lock all the doors.

If I am not far from home I might swing back and get it, but usually I just go on about my day without it. I do have a spare in my truck if an emergency arrises. Other than that, I simply keep my eyes open and if anyone approaches me I blow my rape whistle and soil my self in self defense.

ROFL!! Nice! Now there's a mental image I wish I didn't have.

I don't worry about it unless I am planning on going to a bad area where it would make me feel a little safer. Frankly I don't need a carry gun in most cases, it is not an everyday thing for me. It took me a while before I consented to getting a permit.

idont get the artillary out lessen im headin for the range or on a hunt... any other time they are locked safe and secure... when i go to the range i always take a count in the car.... to make sure i have them all

Well, I'd go back and get it (I've never made it more than a mile). Murphy's law, you understand.

It's more likely that one might be in a hurry and put on the wrong Blade Tech combo, say, with .40 cal. mag when he's carrying a P220. Of course, I've never done that:D, but they say it can happen.:o

I suppose that at the first sign of trouble, I would have to sit down, put my head between my legs and kiss my a$$ good-bye.;)

I stick my fist in my jacket pocket and push down to make that side of my coat look heavier and bulkier. Or I stop at a supermarket and buy a couple of bananas for that same pocket. Then I feel oh so safe.

It's strange that I went 27 years without ever owning a gun, let alone carrying one every day. I never felt helpless or paranoid during that time because I didn't have a gun. Now that I do CCW on a daily basis, if I happen to leave my gun at home on accident, I do feel a little bit ummm... naked.

on a more serious note: understanding "always"

I 'travel' with numerous guns, so leaving just-one behind affects me little.
