What did you carry today?

I can't carry at work either (Medical Clinic)..but otherwise it is around 50% USPc in .40 and 50% a S&W 638...but, I need a "middle ground" gun, and that niche would be wonderfully filled by a Walter PPS in 9mm which I am looking to get :)

Department issued Sig 226 in 40 S&W with a spare magazine. And a S&W .45 and a Safariarms .45, a Charter Arms .38 as back-ups at arms reach in the vehicle. With a Colt AR and Winchester 12 gauge as well. And a KaBar, a Colt Steel folder, a gerber folder, etc., etc.

Well armed, aren't I? Plus a Point Blank vest within reach, and all the ammo in various calibers that you can eat.

I felt pretty safe, all in all.

Yowza! :D I pity the dirtbag that runs into you!

Today was a bit different for me. I was in my gym clothes most of the day since it is very warm here today so I carried my fanny pack with my 9mm Walther PPS in it.

Now we are preparing to go to a stage show so I have to put on slacks and a dress shirt. Therefore my Seecamp LWS380 is going in my back pocket in a wallet holster.

You truly have a gun collection that allows a gun for any potential wardrobe!

Same thing that I carry every day... An H&K P7.

Since it's hot out and I dressed light, I just carried the P7 PSP in lieu of my usual P7M13. Either way, my flat, fast little buddies have me covered.

How much does a fully loaded P7 M8 weigh?

I finally settled on my favorite carry guns

Today, like most days I carried my 3" Ruger SP-101 IWB.

Sometimes I go with my 2 1/4" SP instead (just because I like it :)). With the five shooters, I like to stick my P3AT in my weak side front pocket in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster as a BUG.

In autoloaders, I prefer my XD9sc also IWB

I was off today, so I went to the archery range, often a lonely place week-days, and true to form I was a solo shooter. I packed my CZ 75b.

Went to the movies in the afternoon and carried my Keltec......................ck

Nice and hot today, t-shirt and shorts weather. For the summer this is by far my favorite. Slips nice and neat into my front shorts pocket and no-one is the wiser.

When it's colder or jeans weather I revert back to this...

Well, two diffrent guns for two diffrent places. The Smith &Wesson mod 945-1 in 45acp stays in the car while i'm at work. In my place of employment the Beretta 3032 tomcat (32auto) comes into work with me:). Then its back to the 945 when I get off work. If it ain't the 945 its the Glock 19. All subject to change of course.

Today, I carried my Kel-Tec PF-9 IWB using a factory belt clip with 1 spare mag
Yesterday, I carried my Kel-Tec PF-9 IWB using a factory belt clip with 1 spare mag
The day before that, I carried my Kel-Tec PF-9 IWB using a factory belt clip with 1 spare mag

Son of Vlad Tepes: Yeah, seems like whenever I'm loaded for dirtbags, they're already in jail that day! Today, my partner and I were expecting to interview a bad "fighter-type" dude...we wanted all the odds in our favor! Turns out he died some time back. Maybe saved us all some trouble, but I hate it for his family and friends, who obviously miss him.

When we're out, we're usually alone, and I try to prepare for the worst. Can't always run by home and pick-up what you need.

One or the other of these every day -

Today, a '65 vintage Colt Cobra, in a Bianchi leather IWB, loaded with some bulk Remington +P hollow points. Carries a little easier than the Gov't model I had on yesterday.
