What am I doing wrong?

when the manual claims windage adjustment a tiny allen bolt at the front of the sight is stated to need to be loosened. with mine when loosening the allen bolt the rear sight wont budge (unless youtube vides say to hammer the sight on a new gun...pathetic) on my sr9c if i keep turning the allen bolt in the loosening direction it just gets tighter again. and then begins to affect the elevation on the sights. the manual mentions nothing about this at all. so between tweaking the crappy elevation screw and so called windage adjustment allen bolt in concert (it only functions as a lock bolt for the elevation screw to apply pressure so the elevation screw doesnt loosen and fall out)) .

i have the sight fixed at an accurate spot now but the rear sight is scratched and likely set as it isnt supposed to be.

the sr9c hasnt misfired but its manual and sights are a big disappointment. shiddy manuals and sights.
